From your vineyard perched on top of a rolling hill with views towards the sea with the Elba and Capraia islands in the distance, your grapes will grow to become legendary wine.
Your Own Private Wine
The latest venture of brothers Corrado and Marcello Fratini, who launched the prestigious Tenuta Argentiera in 1999, Tenuta Hortense, with the label Fratini Bolgheri Superiore, is a niche winery with big ambitions, adding a new chapter in Bolgheri wine history. Included in your villa purchase is your own vineyard, so you will join this new adventure with your private label producing 2,500 bottles of wine per year. Everything will be managed on your behalf by our expert team: you can choose your level of engagement with the process, which might even extend to designing your own labels – to celebrate a birthday, an anniversary, or just for the creative joy of the exercise. Annual grape harvest lunches will be organised to celebrate this precious gift from your land. In addition, your Villa’s olive grove will produce an abundance of extra virgin olive oil, the nectar of the Gods. Once again, this will be managed seamlessly on your behalf.
Extra Virgin Oil Production
Land ownership has its privileges, this nectar of the gods grows in glorious abundance in your private meadow. As with your wine production, your olive oil production will be managed on your behalf. Known as liquid gold, your oil has extensive health benefits, beauty benefits and is an Italian gourmet kitchen staple.
